In today's world, like it or not, the influence and reach of your brand starts and ends with great design. It's not fair. It's not right. It's not unusual to be loved by anyone. But it's the way things are.
Don't worry though, we've got your back. In the words of Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting: 'it's not your fault'. You're not a designer. You don't know the difference between light turquoise, muted aqua and duck egg blue. So relax, put the kettle on and make yourself comfortable. We can help. Seriously though, if we can make a black & white website like this one look pretty cool, just think what we can do with colour... and pictures... and crayons!!
Team Gingerbread. Freshly baked from a 40 year old recipe.
Gingerbread Creative was launched in 2018 by Andrew Lloyd and Hayley Norman. Their combined branding and marketing expertise spans 40 years, having owned / sold five agencies between them in that time. Suffice to say they've been there, done that, got the T-shirt, and the matching Y-fronts, with cream piping! A 20 min chat and a cup of builder's tea was all it took to make Gingerbread a reality.
Andrew has worked in marketing for over 15 years with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands such as Bentley, Sunseeker and Quintessentially. In that time he has launched and sold three marketing agencies and been a consultant for a number of digital agencies.
Andrew's favourite charity: The National Sarcasm Society - as if they need your support!
Hayley's first ever job was to start her own agency, Promotions Reliability, which later became the PRL group. For 25 years she has specialised in helping SMEs to grow and express their full potential through creative design, branding, print and promotional merchandise.
Hayley's pet hate: when she's making a milkshake and boys just turn up in her yard.
We tend to work with 'da liddle guys' and help them to compete with 'da big guys'.

Why Choose Us?
There's nothing ground-breaking or revolutionary that sets us apart from other agencies. So why choose us?
Here are five good reasons...
1. We're good
We are very good at our craft. This is partly because our background is working with luxury brands. In the luxury world you need to have an attention to detail bordering on OCD. We like to think we've brought that focus on detail and professionalism to Gingerbread - without the stuffiness.
2. We're honest
We're very honest and transparent. If something's not right for you, we'll tell you. If there's a better or cheaper way of doing something, we'll let you know. Like if you’ve got bad dandruff or smelly breath.
3. We'll educate you
We're all about empowering our clients to do stuff themselves, from uploading content on their website to creating simple graphics. It save us time, them money, and keeps everyone sweet. In contrast, a lot of agencies will charge for everything. We hate that. Greedy gits!
4. We've been around
With over 40 years experience running creative agencies we know a thing or two about branding and marketing. From old school litho printing and direct mail to cutting edge eCommerce and Augmented Reality there's nothing we haven't done or can't do. Oh, apart from fire eating… and lion taming.
5. We keep it real
We've worked with many agencies in the past. We've seen the good, the bad and the downright ugly. So we've baked all the bits we love (respect, honesty, and integrity) into Gingerbread and left out what we don't (greed, egotism, and ignorance). We like how it's turned out and hope you will too.
